When will I receive my first issue?

Our MTB issue is published at the end of May.

We offer 2 versions to start your subscription:

• Start with the current issue:
  • Your subscription starts with the MTB issue "Roots & Rocks". Delivery is immediate.
• Start with the next issue:
  • Your MTB subscription starts with the MTB issue 2026 (release end of May 2026).

How long does my subscription run for?

The MTB subscription has a minimum term of 2 MTB issues. The first magazine is billed at the time of ordering, then billed annually on May 1st. After two issues, the subscription is automatically extended by one issue, you don't have to do anything. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so via your customer account after your 2nd order is placed.

I have moved. What do I have to do?

You can change the delivery address for your MTB subscription in your customer account. If you change your address after May 1st, but before the new issue is delivered, please also send us an e-mail with your new address, as the shipping addresses for the upcoming delivery on May 1st will be fixed in our system.

Do I get a subscription bonus with my MTB subscription?

Unfortunately not! You will receive a free subscription bonus with the:

• Annual subscription
• Surf & Snow subscription
• Bike subscription
