When will I receive my first issue?

Our Snow issue is published at the end of November.

We offer 2 versions to start your subscription:

• Start with the current issue:
  • Your subscription starts with the Snow issue "Beyond the White Horizon". You will receive this in the next few days.
  • You will receive the next Snow issue at the end of November 2025
    
• Start with the next issue:
  • Your Snow subscription starts with the next Snow issue in November 2025.
    

How long does my subscription run for?

The Snow subscription has a minimum term of 2 Snow issues. The first magazine is billed when you order it, after which it is billed annually on November 1. After two issues, the subscription is automatically extended by one issue, you don't have to do anything. If you wish to cancel, you can do so via your customer account after placing the 2nd order.

I have moved house. What do I have to do?

You can change the delivery address for your Snow subscription in your customer account. If you change your address after November 1st, but before the new issue is delivered, please also send us an e-mail with your new address, as the delivery addresses for the upcoming delivery on November 1st will be fixed in our system.

Do I get a subscription bonus with my Snow subscription?

Unfortunately not! You will receive a free subscription bonus with the:

• Annual subscription
• Surf & Snow subscription
• Bike subscription
